Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service of Photo Fuel, the design studio operated by Red Top Productions LLC d/b/a Photo Fuel. It says what you may and may not upload, create or publish with the service, how content is handled, what happens when an account breaks the rules, and how to report material that should not be here. The AI tools are run by third-party providers whose usage policies apply to what you send them as well as this one.
Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old. One account is for one person or organisation; you are responsible for everything done through it.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the service, or anything you create with it, to:
- Break the law or help anyone else do so, including fraud, scams, counterfeit goods, or the unlicensed promotion of regulated products.
- Infringe rights: upload or reproduce photos, logos, artwork, fonts or text you do not own or hold a licence for, or imitate a brand or a person's likeness without the right to do so.
- Impersonate or deceive: create synthetic images of a real person without their consent, fake documents, fake reviews or endorsements, fake official communications, or material meant to mislead about who made it or whether it is real; where a platform or a law requires AI-made images to be labelled, label them.
- Produce sexual content involving minors, in any form. We report this where the law requires, without notice.
- Produce sexually explicit content of real people without their consent, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Harm people: harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone; glorify or incite violence, terrorism or self-harm; promote hatred against people because of a protected characteristic.
- Exploit the service: probe, scan or overload it, share accounts, resell access, bypass plan limits, safety filters or provider policies, or use it to build a competing product.
Content you are responsible for
You keep the rights you have in what you upload and create, and you are responsible for both. Before you upload a photo, logo or font, make sure you are allowed to use it. Before you publish something the AI tools produced, check it: models can reproduce protected material and can depict real people inaccurately.
How content is handled
- Image prompts and text actions are run by their providers with the providers' own safety systems; a prompt can be declined, and a declined prompt is not treated as a violation on its own.
- We do not review your uploads or designs as a matter of course. We look at specific content when it is reported to us, when a provider or payment partner flags it, when the law requires it, or when we investigate abuse or a security incident.
Plan limits and fair use
Every plan has the limits shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Where a plan is described as unlimited, it is unlimited for the ordinary use of one customer: we do not meter it, but we may ask you to reduce usage that is far beyond what one customer would reasonably need or that degrades the service for others, contacting you first wherever that is reasonable.
Enforcement
If an account breaches this policy we may remove the content, limit, suspend or end the account. For sexual content involving minors and credible threats of violence we act immediately and may notify the authorities; for everything else we contact the account holder before or promptly after we act. Fees already paid for a period in which an account is ended for breach are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
Reporting abusive or infringing material
Email [email protected] with the subject "Abuse report" (or "Copyright notice" for infringement claims): what the material is, where it is, why it breaks this policy or infringes your rights, and how to contact you. For a copyright claim include the work you believe is infringed, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them, and your signature. We acknowledge every report within two business days and tell you the outcome; if we remove material you created, we tell you why and you may reply with a counter-notice.
